Eligibility Criteria for Referring Residents
To qualify for the referral fee, the referring fee, the referring resident must be in good standing.
New Resident Qualifications
The new resident must show a consistent tenancy of +/-3 months and maintain good standing for the referring resident to receive the full referral fee.
Referral Fee Disbursement
Upon the approved qualifications of both the referring party and the new resident, the referring resident will be entitled to a $1000 referral fee.
